    It’s frank-enstein.

The world’s most monstrous hot dog — 65-feet-long — is coming to Times Square April 30.

The creation is the brainchild of Brooklyn artists Jen Catron and Paul Outlaw, who will be “taking street meat to new heights” with their tempting — but not real! – tubular steak sculpture, touts the Times Square Alliance.

The spectacular animatronic installation comes with hydraulics and bursts of confetti. Free and on view to the public 24/7 through June 13, “Hot Dog in the City” consists of a colossal bun and classic red-tinged frank topped with a giant drizzle of mustard.

The artists, who relish using food in their work, said the hydraulic mechanisms will raise the sculpture skyward at high noon, and shower passersby with confetti.

“It’s the perfect representation of Times Square America,” Catron quipped.
