    New Orleans police search for woman missing from Central City home

    NEW ORLEANS ( WGNO ) — The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a woman who was reported missing in Central City.

    According to NOPD officers, 61-year-old Shiela Oneal was last seen on April 29 around 3:05 p.m. at her home in the 1700 block of Saint Andrew Street.

    On the day she was reported missing, the reporting person told officers that Oneal was wearing a navy blue pullover shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes. She is also described as having bushy, grey hair, standing at 5’7″ and weighing 180 pounds.

    Anyone with information about her location is asked to call Sixth District detectives at 504-658-6060.
