    Four people arrested for suspected motorhome robbery near Moses Lake

    GRANT COUNTY, Wash. - Four people suspected of robbing a motorhome near Moses Lake were arrested Monday afternoon.

    According to the Grant County Sheriff's Office, the robbery happened on Road 10 Northeast around 2 p.m. on Friday, May 10.

    A man and woman reported that four people entered their home and took a laptop and a heater.

    During the incident, one of the suspects allegedly struck the male victim in the face with a handgun.

    All four suspects subsequently left the motorhome.

    Deputies were able to identify each person involved and began watching their homes.

    44-year-old Justin Bashaw, 35-year-old Gilberto Valdovinos Medina, 36-year-old Joshua Essex, and 41-year-old Jamie Valenzuela were arrested May 13.

    All four suspects are being held in the Grant County Jail on first-degree robbery charges.

    Valdovinos Medina, identified as the person armed with the handgun, also faces a first-degree assault charge.

    GCSO said the incident was not random.
