Ellianos opens in Eastchase ahead of Montgomery expansion for coffee chain

Southeast coffee shop Ellianos has opened its first location in Alabama's capital city, and two more are already brewing.

The company recently opened a drive-through cafe at 9011 Eastchase Parkway. Two more Montgomery locations are now listed as coming soon on the company's site at 8426 Vaughn Road and 266 Wynton M Blount Loop near Baptist Medical Center East.

"We're thrilled to bring our passion for premium coffee and exceptional service to Montgomery, Alabama," said a spokesperson for Ellianos Coffee. "It's an exciting step for us as we continue to expand our brand and share the Ellianos experience with more communities."

The chain features signature specialty coffee drinks like its caffe dolce latte and iced Tuscany toffee latte. But it offers a range of non-coffee options, from fruit smoothies, to teas, shakes and even icy fruit drinks featuring Red Bull. Its food menu includes breakfast sandwiches, bagels, breakfast bowls with grits and more.

The chain has already opened locations in Pike Road, Prattville, Millbrook and Pine Level, part of a footprint across Alabama, Florida and Georgia. It's now planning expansions to other parts of Alabama as well as Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.

The Montgomery cafe is open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
