The Rockefeller Group has begun construction of Rockefeller Group Logistics Center at Carneys Point. The project includes two buildings totaling 1,126,443 square feet: a 596,443 square foot building (Building A) and a 530,000 square foot building (Building B). The project is the company’s second industrial project in Southern Jersey, following 2022’s development and sale of Rockefeller Group Logistics Center Eastampton. Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, New York Branch provided $114.8M million in construction financing to support the project.
