Home wins have been difficult to come by in the Nuggets-Timberwolves Western Conference semifinal series.

The series, tied up at 2-2 after Denver won Game 4 on Sunday, has included zero victories by the home team thus far. The Nuggets have won the past two matchups on the road after Minnesota jumped out to a 2-0 series lead by winning the first two games in Denver.

On Sunday night following Minnesota's second straight loss at home, Anthony Edwards admitted that the three-day break between Games 2 and 3 'hurt' the Timberwolves.

"I think the three days hurt us, actually," Edwards said. "I think after those two wins they gave us three days off... I don't really like that at all.

"I think that's why we came out sluggish Game 3."

Edwards, 22, scored 44 points in the Game 4 loss on Sunday night. He also added five rebounds and five assists, however, it wasn't enough to lead Minnesota past Denver.

For the Nuggets, Nikola Jokic had 35 points, 7 rebounds and seven assists in 39 minutes. Denver's Aaron Gordon missed just one field goal (11-of-12) and added 27 points on Sunday.

Game 5 between the Nuggets and Timberwolves is set for Tuesday night at 10:30 p.m. ET.
