Milwaukee Bucks guard Patrick Beverley has reportedly been banned from appearing on ESPN’s studio shows following his treatment of a producer.

Following the Bucks’ season-ending playoff loss Thursday, ESPN producer Malinda Adams was one of the media members at Beverley’s locker. Before she was even able to ask a question, Beverley asked if she was subscribed to his podcast. When she said she wasn’t, he bluntly said he wasn’t allowed to interview him.

Then, he repeatedly told her to get her microphone out of his face while he answered questions from other reporters. He even pushed it away.

Beverley faced significant backlash for his actions, with more than of Adams’ colleagues calling him out.

Sources told Front Office Sports on Friday that as a result of the incident, Beverley will no longer appear on ESPN. He’s previously joined studio shows as a guest analyst during the playoffs.

According to FOS , ESPN executives were “outraged” by the clip showing Beverley’s contentious exchange with Adams. Though the network has not confirmed Beverley’s future on its show, it did release expressing “full support” for Adams, adding that she’s a “well-respected colleague and a true professional.”

On Friday morning, Adams revealed that both Beverley and the Bucks organization reached out to apologize.
