    Goodwill of Wayne, Holmes names replacement for retiring CEO Judy Talcott

    Dawn Cazzolli has been named president and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Wayne and Holmes Counties.

    Cazzolli was selected to fill the position after an extensive search process to find a successor for Judy Talcott, who led Goodwill Industries of Wayne and Holmes Counties for over 20 years.

    Lacey Widder, incoming chair for Goodwill’s Board of Trustees, expressed gratitude for Talcott's dedication and leadership, and wished her all the best in retirement.

    Cazzolli has more than 25 years of professional experience and has dedicated herself to improving the well-being of underserved communities through various initiatives and projects, according to a news release. Her leadership style is characterized by empathy, compassion and a drive to make a difference.

    “I am thrilled about the opportunity to embark on a new position that not only challenges me but also offers a greater reach," Cazzolli said. "The thought of stepping out of my comfort zone and taking on new responsibilities excites me.
