Craigsville granted $3.8 million by newly passed state budget
RICHMOND – Craigsville’s infrastructure debt and incorporation woes are over. Gov. Glenn Youngkin signed Virginia’s 2024-2026 biennial budget just hours after it was passed by the General Assembly Monday. Craigsville has waited through the entire process, with residents and Mayor Richard Fox nervous about the town's incorporation and debt payments.

The Boys Home Invitational Golf Tournament Was a Wonderful Success!
On Saturday, May 4, 2024, Boys Home of Virginia hosted its first Invitational Golf Tournament on The Cascades Course at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. Check-in began at 9:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. Despite the inclement weather, 16 teams enjoyed an exciting round of golf on a beautiful course with a delicious lunch, as well as an exceptional opportunity to support Boys Home.
