HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va (WDTV) - Harrison County Animal Control is asking for the public’s help finding out who abandoned these two underweight puppies on a rail trail. The puppies were found at the rail trailhead between Arlington and Glen Falls, according to a Facebook post from the agency.
