    Two men and woman found dead in suspected murder-suicide at Delaware home

    Three people have died following an apparent murder-suicide at a home in Delaware. The incident unfolded on Monday, April 29 shortly before 6.30pm when cops were alerted to a shooting on Cliento Drive in Magnolia .

    Emergency services rushed to the scene where they discovered a 38-year-old woman who had been shot multiple times in the front yard. Attempts were made to save the woman's life but she was soon pronounced dead.

    Police entered the home where a 43-year-old man was found with fatal gunshot wounds. The suspect, a 49-year-old man, was also found dead in the home. He is believed to have turned the gun on himself after killing the others.

    Three children were in the home at the time of the event, but were not hurt. The victims' identities are not being shared until their families have been informed of their deaths .

    An investigation was launched and initial findings suggest the suspect contacted a relative and confessed to shooting his wife and her new boyfriend and expressed the intent to kill himself .
