Family seeks accountability after man tased by patrolman in the back with his hands up
DYERSBURG, Tenn. - Doorbell footage captured Sunday night in Dyersburg shows a Tennessee Highway Patrolman tasing a suspect in the back while he has his hands up. The situation that led to the tasing involved three different law enforcement agencies. According to the Dyersburg Police Department, its police officers, a Dyer County Deputy and a highway patrolman were all on the scene.
