    BHMA and Vanished Valley Brewing celebrate 25 years with special event and beer launch

    LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP) – Berkshire Hills Music Academy (BHMA) and Vanished Valley Brewing Co. are teaming up for a special event marking BHMA’s 25th anniversary.

    The collaboration, set to take place at Vanished Valley Brewing Co. in Ludlow on May 9th from 5 to 7 p.m., commemorates a quarter-century of BHMA’s impactful programs and community engagement.

    Based in South Hadley, BHMA is a college-like program designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a focus on empowerment, BHMA utilizes music to enhance skills in communication, independence, and employment. As BHMA celebrates its milestone anniversary, its partnership with Vanished Valley Brewing Co. highlights the role of music in fostering inclusivity and community connections.

    The event promises an evening filled with music, refreshments, and camaraderie. Attendees can enjoy live performances by the BHMA Jazz and Classical Ensembles, showcasing the talents and passion of the BHMA community. A cash bar will offer a selection of Vanished Valley Brewing Co.’s craft brews, including BHMA anniversary cans available for purchase. The kitchen will be open from 5 to 8 p.m., providing dinner options for attendees.

    Proceeds from the sale of the commemorative beer will directly benefit BHMA, further supporting its mission of empowering individuals with disabilities through music-based education.
