A dance recital program autographed by O.J. Simpson just hours before the double-murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman is up for sale.

Simpson and Brown’s daughter, Sydney, performed in the “Dance For Kids” recital on June 12, 1994, with both parents in attendance at the junior high school event in Los Angeles. Later that day, Brown and Goldman were both found stabbed to death outside the former’s Brentwood condominium.

While in the auditorium, a fellow audience member asked Simpson to autograph a yellow, 8.5" x 11" recital program. The NFL star obliged, signing the piece of paper with a blue ballpoint pen. PSA/NDA has since graded the signature, giving it a seven rating (near-mint).

The individual who is now in possession of the program recently put it up for auction with the sports memorabilia company Lelands . As of Tuesday afternoon, the current highest bid is $1,181 after starting at $500. The auction will come to a close on May 19.

Less than one week after the deaths of Brown and Goldman, Simpson led police on an hours-long car chase while driving his friend Al Cowlings’ Ford Bronco through Los Angeles. He was eventually arrested and charged for the double-murder, later appearing in a televised trial that captivated the world.

On October 3, 1995, Simpson was found not guilty of the killings, bringing a controversial end to the “Trial of the Century.” But less than two years later, he was found liable for the double-murder in civil court and ordered to pay over $33 million.

The aforementioned autograph isn’t the only piece of harrowing memorabilia to be sold on the heels of Simpson’s death on April 10. The former Buffalo Bill’s Bank of America credit card was additionally put up for auction by Goldin Auctions , where it sold for $10,675.

Jonathan Lepore, the seller of the card, purchased it on eBay for only $70, according to TMZ . Prior to auctioning off the “Business Advantage Cash Rewards” card, he considered gifting it to a family friend who claimed to have spent time with Simpson and Brown in the Hamptons during the 1980s and 1990s.

Speaking to the outlet, Lepore said he’d now donate 10% of the proceeds from the card sale to the National Network to End Domestic Violence.

Simpson died earlier this year following a battle with prostate cancer at 76 years old. Taking to social media at the time of his passing, Simpson’s family posted a statement to his profile announcing his death, writing: "On April 10th, our father, Orenthal James Simpson, succumbed to his battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. During this time of transition, his family asks that you please respect their wishes for privacy and grace."
