Dine with Jeff: BIBIBOP Worth the Short Drive from Fairfield County
REYNOLDSBURG − I often see people on social media saying they wish BIBIBOP Asian Grill would open a Lancaster location. So I decided to feature BIBIBOP in Reynoldsburg for the latest Dine with Jeff to let people know what the restaurant is all about. While the restaurant, located at 2087 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Road, is technically in Franklin County, it sits just steps from the Fairfield County line. In fact, you can see where the two counties meet from the parking lot. BIBIBOP offers bowls with customers choosing from a variety of meats and vegetables. You go from station to station telling the employee behind the counter what you want in your bowl. The first station features rice or a lettuce base. From there, customers can add bean sprouts, black beans, corn, carrots, eggs, cheese, beef, chicken, tofu and more. There are several different dressings to choose from. For my visit, I had a bowl with a base of lettuce and honey citrus kale. I added bean sprouts, corn, broccoli, carrots and tofu, and topped it off with yum-yum sauce. I had vitamin water to drink. As usual at BIBIBOP, I had no complaints. The food is always good, fresh and healthy.
