SUPREME COURT ISSUES EMERGENCY ORDER TEMPORARILY BLOCKING FULL SNAP FOOD AID PAYMENTS

#BREAKINGNEWS: A Supreme Court justice has temporarily paused a lower court's ruling requiring the Trump administration to fully fund the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for the month of November by the end of the day Friday.

In an order late Friday night, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson said the pause will remain in effect until the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issues a judgment on the matter.
Jackson's order did not refer the matter to the full court.
