Conneaut man fatally shot in Cleveland’s St. Clair-Superior neighborhood
CLEVELAND, Ohio - A 34-year-old Conneaut man died Tuesday after he was shot in Cleveland’s St. Clair-Superior neighborhood. Joshua Kutscher was shot about 5:15 p.m. on Norwood Road, just south of Bonna Avenue, according to police and the office of the Cuyahoga County medical examiner.
