Lawsuit: Purdue student alleges negligence after being injured trying to buy basketball tickets in 2023
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — A Purdue student injured while attempting to buy basketball tickets is now suing the school over their injuries. According to the recently filed lawsuit, on Feb. 5, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. the plaintiff in the lawsuit was waiting in line to enter Mackey Arena alongside "thousands" of students gathered to purchase tickets to a men's basketball game in the student section.
