Westbound lanes now open after Collegeville crash on Route 422 in Montgomery County
Pennsylvania State Troopers arrived at a serious crash on Route 422 Wednesday afternoon in Collegeville. At least two vehicles were involved in the accident. The multi-vehicle crash blocked all westbound lanes. Lanes are now back open.
