Usher Weiss, 26, pleaded guilty Thursday to hawking the big cat’s noggin for $900 in the basement of a building in Borough Park on the night of Nov. 2, Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said. Franz Jeudy, 33, remained on supervised release after he was indicted on charges including second-degree assault – a bail eligible offense – more than a month after he randomly attacked bus aide Dulche Pichardo in Crown Heights, prosecutors said.
