An 84-year-old man was found dead in a pond at a Bronx golf course on Friday afternoon, according to police. Police received a 911 call just after 2 p.m. for a water rescue after receiving reports of a man unconscious and unresponsive floating in the water at the Pelham Bay & Split Rock Golf Courses. An unattended golf cart was next to the pond, cops said. It’s unclear if he had been an active golfer who was using the cart, sources told The Post.
