Trinity River forecasted to surpass record levels
HOUSTON (CW39) – The Trinity River Near Romayor is expected to exceed record levels into the weekend. This morning’s observed value was 40.8 ft. The level is forecasted to rise to 44.4 ft by Friday night/ Saturday morning. This will put the crest over the previous record of 43.5 ft.

Heavy rain causes major flooding in some areas of Liberty County
HOUSTON (KIAH)–Heavy rain in Dayton and surrounding areas caused high water across Liberty County. The impact hit some areas harden than others such as in Dayton Lakes neighborhood, but Liberty County Billy Knox says that what they’re seeing, isn’t as severe as what they saw in Harvey.
