The Arts Place to host Paddling Film Festival this weekend
The 19th Annual Paddling Film Festival World Tour will make a stop in Danbury this weekend with a film screening on Saturday, May 18, and a festival kick-off concert on Friday, May 17. Both events will take place at The Arts Place of Stokes, 502 Main St., and will start at 7 p.m.

APEX — In the inaugural beach volleyball season at West Stokes, the duo of Cameron Ring and Presley Barker finished tied for fifth in the state at the N.C.
