West Potomac High School’s Running is Elementary Track Meet Preview
West Potomac High School is hosting their annual Running is Elementary Track Meet this week. Every year the West Potomac Track & Field team hosts a track meet for the West Potomac pyramid of elementary schools to compete in. Like in previous years, the meet is separated into two days. On Monday May 6th, kindergarten through 3rd grade will be competing and on Thursday May 9th, 4th grade through 6th grade will be competing.

Jordan Burks transferring to Georgetown
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Former UK forward Jordan Burks has landed at Georgetown University. The 6-foot-8 forward from Decatur, Alabama made the announcement on Wedensday. Burks entered the transfer portal on April 19. He averaged 1.9 points and 1.7 rebounds in 7.1 minutes per game in his only season at Kentucky.
