KINGSPORT — The Kingsport Parks and Recreation Department will soon accept registrations for its 2024 Outdoor Volleyball League. Registration runs from April 29 through May 17. The 2024 season begins the week of May 28. All games will be played at Legion Field (next to the Civic Auditorium) on Fort Henry Drive.
