Kingsport police investigating shooting on Dorothy Street
KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — Kingsport police are investigating a shooting on Dorothy Street on Thursday night. Lt. Justin McConnell said no victims were located and whoever fired the shots fled before police arrived. Detectives remained on the scene interviewing witnesses and looking for evidence, McConnell said.
