Traffic signal to begin operating at deadly Dravosburg intersection
A new traffic signal is opening earlier than expected at the site of last year's crash that killed a 15-year-old. The traffic light will be set up over the intersection of Richland Avenue and Fifth Street in Dravosburg, Allegheny County. The announcement came from state Rep. On Sunday, she closed up her store in Irwin, went home to change and headed to the Westmoreland Heritage Trail.
