A driver suffered major injuries after crashing into a power pole near Thousand Palms Wednesday. DCS donates to Safe Grad Night
As part of DCS's dedication to give back to the community, they generously donated $1,000 to the local Safe Grad Night including employee participation as volunteers. This event was started over 30 years ago in memory of a student who lost his life in a tragic accident while participating in end of the school year activities. the Committee for Safe Graduation has worked tirelessly to provide an alcohol and drug free celebration for ALL graduating Seniors in the Indian Wells Valley and Trona. Cerro Coso Community College will be hosting this year's event. Featured will be casino games, video game tournament, cornhole tournament, mini golf, photo booth, hypnotist and over $11,000 in prizes.
