    Police: Student Arrested After Threat to E. Northport School

    A student was arrested Monday after she made a threat against other students, Suffolk County Police said.

    The 13-year-old was arrested about 3 p.m. after police responded to a report from East Northport Middle School that she had threatened mass harm to other students at the school.

    There were no weapons brought to the school at 1075 5th Ave.,

    She was arrested at the school at approximately 3 p.m. and transported to the Second Precinct.

    The student was charged with Threat of Mass Harm, a Class B Misdemeanor, and released to her parents. She will be arraigned in Suffolk County Family Court on a later date.
