On Sunday afternoon, the Houston Texans released a statement saying wide receiver Tank Dell was the victim of a shooting on Saturday night.

The second-year pass catcher suffered a minor wound in the shooting and has since been released from the hospital, per the statement.

NFL fans flooded the comments with thoughts and prayers for Dell as he begins his recovery process.
