    Crimewatch: Snug Harbor resident charged with drug charges

    Michelle Tighe, of the 1800 block of Goldeneye Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia, was arrested March 14 and charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses. She was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour hold.

    Amy Perkins, of the 100 block of Snug Harbor Road, Hertford, was arrested March 15 and charged with two counts possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver schedule II of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver schedule IV of a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for the possession of a controlled substance, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. She was also arrested March 15 and charged with violating a school attendance law. A total secured bond of $31,750 was set.

    Towe White, of the 100 block of Snug Harbor Road, Hertford, was arrested March 15 and charged with two counts possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver schedule II of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver schedule IV of a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for the possession of a controlled substance, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

    Jonathan Welch, of the 3800 block of Rocky Hock Road, Edenton, was arrested March 15 and charged with second-degree trespassing and trespassing. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

    Kyla Gordon, of the 1400 block of New Hope Road, Hertford, was issued a criminal summons March 15 for a charge of possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

    Shakeria Warran, of the 100 block of Wynne Fork Court, Hertford, was arrested March 16 and charged with assault and battery. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

    Ashley Wyckoff, of the 300 block of Stokes St., Hertford, was arrested March 16 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $16,000 secured bond was set.

    Shaneese Johnson, of the 100 block of Wynne Fork Court, Hertford, was arrested March 17 and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and communicating threats. A $4,000 secured bond was set.

    Ellen Tetreault, of the 2100 block of New Hope Road, Hertford, was arrested March 17 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

    Kellylynn Dicaro, of the 33200 block of Van Dyke Road, Smithton, Missouri, was arrested March 18 and charged with failure to appear in court for driving while license revoked. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

    Christopher Sawyer, of the 400 block of Pender Road, Hertford, was arrested March 20 and charged with three counts of resisting, obstructing and delaying an officer, larceny of a motor vehicle and felony possession of stolen goods. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour hold.

    Tremaine Porter, of the 200 block of Wynne Fork Drive, Hertford, was arrested March 20 and charged with misuse of the 911 system. A $500 secured bond was set.

    Jackson Sheets, of the 30 block of Oak Ridge Lane, Staunton, Virginia, was arrested March 22 and charged with trafficking marijuana, trafficking in synthetic cannabis, possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver synthetic cannabinoids, maintaining a vehicle for the possession of a controlled substance and drug equipment violations. A $51,000 secured bond was set.

    Jacob Johnson, of the 100 block of West Hampton St., Staunton, Virginia, was arrested March 22 and charged with trafficking marijuana, trafficking in synthetic cannabis, possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver synthetic cannabinoids, maintaining a vehicle for the possession of a controlled substance and drug equipment violations. A $51,000 secured bond was set.

    Irma Ceja, of the 140 block of Discovery Trail, Hertford, was arrested March 22 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

    Gregory Landon, of the 120 block of Nixon St., Hertford, was arrested March 28 and served with a true bill of indictment March 28 for a charged of assault inflicting serious injury. A $500 secured bond was set.

    Julian Bateman, of the 140 block of Shoshone Trail, Hertford, was arrested April 1 and charged with misdemeanor larceny. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

    Tra'Shawn Ferebee, of the 130 block of Martin Lane, Hertford, was arrested April 1 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

    Larry Holloway, of the 900 block of Cale St., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 3 and charged with being a habitual felon. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

    Anthony Perry, of 100 Clubhouse Road, Hertford, was arrested April 3 and charged with three counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. A $300,000 secured bond was set.

    Ronnie Dance, of the 2400 block of Peartree Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 3 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required. An $85,000 secured bond was set.

    Tyrrell White, of the 1400 block of Sandy Cross Road, Belvidere, was arrested April 3 and charged with two counts of communicating threats and one count of violating a domestic violence protective order. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.

    Johnathan Fisher, of the 200 block of Great Hope Church Road, Hertford, was arrested April 5 and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and breaking and entering a motor vehicle. A $4,000 secured bond was set.

    Kevin Crockett, of the 800 block of Pea Ridge Road, Hertford, was arrested April 6 and charged with possession of stolen goods, larceny after a breaking and entering and breaking and entering. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour hold.

    Patrick Peterson, of the 2600 block of Pea Ridge Road, Roper, was arrested April 9 and charged with injury to personal property. A $200 unsecured bond was set.

    Keane Liverman, of the 100 block of Meads Circle, was arrested April 10 and charged with possession of a firearm on school grounds. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour hold.

    Jarod Prayer, of the 200 block of Speed St., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 11 and charged with failure to appear in court on a charge of second-degree trespass. A $2,000 secure bond was set.

    Talia Saunders, of the 100 block of Swaynes Lane, Hertford, was arrested April 11 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

    Niyzir Tillett, of the 400 block of Pender Road, Hertford, was arrested April 14 and charged with taking indecent liberties with a child. A $50,000 secured bond was set.

    Rocky Osbaugh, of the 400 block of Deep Creek Road, Hertford, was issued a criminal summons April 14 for a charge of second-degree trespass.

    Zakarya Alkabsh, of the 600 block of Virginia Road, Edenton, was arrested April 15 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $4,000 secured bond was set.

    Saleem Royster, of the 100 block of Wynne Fork Court, Hertford, was arrested April 15 and charged with communicating threats. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

    Shevelle Holley, of the 100 block of Wynne Fork Court, Hertford, was arrested April 16 and charged with communicating threats. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

    Dylan Nowell, of the 1000 block of Belvidere Road, Hertford, was arrested April 17 and charged with being a fugitive and possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail without bond.

    Benjamin Smith, of Red Banks Road, Hertford, was arrested April 20 and charged with resisting, obstructing and delaying an officer, reckless driving, intentional littering and speeding to elude arrest. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

    Nshiya James, of the 800 block of Hunter St., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 20 and charged with assault on a female, damage to personal property and simple assault. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

    Jasmine Bowser, of the 120 block of Wynne Fork Road, Hertford, was arrested April 25 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
