HomeGoods will open its new and larger Henrietta location at 720 Jefferson Road in Market Square Plaza at 8 a.m. Thursday, May 30.

The popular off-price home décor store is moving from Jay Scutti Plaza, 1000 Hylan Drive, where it opened in 2017 in a 22,301-square-foot anchor space.

The Market Square space, home to Bed Bath & Beyond until last year, measures around 26,000 square feet.

A representative of HomeGoods did not immediately respond to a question about when the Hylan Drive location will close.

The Framingham, Massachusetts-based chain has more than 900 U.S. stores, including four others in the greater Rochester area: Greece, Webster, Victor and Canandaigua.

Also coming to Henrietta’s Market Square is Bob’s Discount Furniture . It is scheduled to open in August in the space once occupied by buybuy BABY, which was owned by Bed Bath & Beyond.
