Lumberport man arrested after firing gun in road rage incident
SHINNSTON, W.Va (WDTV) - A Lumberport man was arrested on Friday after West Virginia State Police said he fired a handgun out the window of his vehicle. Ernest Leggett, 67, was driving on Route 20 near the Harrison Power Station when he believed another driver cut him off and was driving too slowly, police said.
