Warming Trend Begins this Afternoon
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) - Despite a cold start to the day with chances for frost across the area, we will see temperatures warm up throughout the day and begin our warming trend into the weekend. Many areas have seen low temperatures between the mid-30s to low-40s this morning, but highs will reach into the 70s today. Cloud coverage builds up tonight ahead of rain chances tomorrow morning, after that expect to see dry conditions into the start of next week and temperatures continuing to rise. At the peak of our warming trend, expect to see highs in the mid-80s for Sunday and Monday before rain and thunderstorm chances return midweek.
