KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Lee’s Summit man has filed a lawsuit against St. Luke’s Hospital over injuries he claims were caused by improper sterilization procedures. William Berberch underwent a hip replacement surgery in April 2022. Afterward, he suffered from infections and injuries after the operation “due to St. Luke’s failure to adhere to proper sterilization procedures,” his attorneys alleged.
