There were eight restaurants in the Shreveport–Bossier area that had three or more critical health violations during recent inspections from Oct. 19 to 25. The Louisiana Department of Health's retail food health inspections dashboard includes a history of each establishment's inspection reports, allowing residents and visitors of Louisiana to make informed decisions as consumers, according to their website. Inspections are a "snapshot" in time and do not always reflect the day-to-day operations and overall condition of an establishment.
