Katonah Man Arrested in Yorktown After Jumping Bail
YORKTOWN, N.Y. - A Katonah man is facing a new charge after allegedly skipping out on a court date in Yorktown last year. Loxley Barrington Moss, 26, is now being charged with Bail Jumping in the 3rd degree, a misdemeanor.
