    Katonah Man Arrested in Yorktown After Jumping Bail

    YORKTOWN, N.Y. - A Katonah man is facing a new charge after allegedly skipping out on a court date in Yorktown last year.

    Loxley Barrington Moss, 26, is now being charged with Bail Jumping in the 3rd degree, a misdemeanor.

    According to police, Moss failed to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court in September on a charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

    Moss turned himself in at Yorktown Police Headquarters on May 2, and is due back in court on May 23.
