Children’s Museum in Rothschild holding Family Fun Day Saturday to help Wausau Community Theatre
ROTHSCHILD, Wis. (WSAW) - If you’re looking for some hands-on interactive activities for you and the kids, this weekend, The Greater Wausau Children’s Museum is holding an event for a good cause. It’s a family fun day. It’s a fundraiser for the Wausau Community Theatre. If you pay for general admission to the museum on Saturday, 100% of your purchase will benefit the Wausau Community Theatre. There will be a few special activities including learn a dance sessions from the theatre’s upcoming production of “Anything Goes”, face painting, and even cookie decorating.
Kronenwetter announces new Village Administrator is previous hire
KRONENWETTER, Wis. (WSAW) - The Kronenwetter Village Board has announced Peter Kampfer has been hired as administrator. Kampfer was initially hired in September 2023, but was unable to fill the role due to circumstances with his employer in Texas. Director of Public Works Leonard Ludi was then hired. However, Ludi recently resigned from the position. His last day will be Friday, May 17.
