Rohrersville Cornet Band to host spring concert May 19
ROHRERSVILLE — The Rohrersville Cornet Band will be hosting a Spring Concert on Sunday, May 19, at 3 p.m. in its historic 1916 band hall at 4315 Main St., Rohrersville. This event will open the band’s 187th year of providing musical entertainment throughout the tri-state area. As a result of its organization in 1837 by W.C. McCoy, The Rohrersville Band ranks as one of the four longest-surviving community bands in the United States.
