PEORIA (25News Now) - A man who police say ran a stop sign at a high rate of speed and hit another vehicle has been charged in the fatal crash. The Peoria County State’s Attorney’s Office says 51-year-old Vanda C. Terrell was charged with aggravated DUI causing death, aggravated discharge of a firearm and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon in the Wednesday night crash that left 46-year-old Wardrick Millburn dead.
