Local contractor admits to stealing thousands from customers
UNIONTOWN, Pa. — A Westmoreland County contractor admitted in court Friday that he stole thousands of dollars from customers for projects he never finished. Jason Pirl, 42, pleaded guilty in connection with eight cases out of Fayette County dating back to 2020. Pirl is still charged in connection with eight additional cases, seven in Westmoreland County and one in Somerset County.
