Vista Feb 19 Weekly Crime Report: 215 Incidents and 3 Crime Stories. During the last week, Vista reported a total of 215 crime cases. The most common crime type was 'Suspicious Situation' with 51 cases, followed by 'Burglary' with 40 cases. Other notable crime types included 'Other' (22 cases), 'Assault' (20 cases), 'Disturbance' (19 cases), 'Theft' (18 cases), and 'Trespass' (17 cases). 'Arrests' were made in 13 instances, while 'Vandalism' and 'Shooting' were less common with 7 and 4 cases respectively. The data indicates a concerning frequency of suspicious situations and burglaries, suggesting a need for increased vigilance and security measures in the place. Such is the case with a row of hangars at French Valley Airport in Murrieta, California where Aircraft Restoration Services (ARS), led by Pat Rodgers, has been quietly restoring a Martin B-26 Marauder for display at the Pima Air and Space Museum (PASM) in Tucson, Arizona. One of the fastest medium bombers of WWII, the Marauder overcame a turbulent development period to have the lowest combat loss rate of any American bomber, and served dutifully in the French, South African, and British air forces. Yet today only seven aircraft remain intact, including the one at ARS.
