Eugene hiker dies after being found near Sweet Creek Falls
A 29-year-old Eugene man is dead after he was discovered unresponsive on a trail near the Sweet Creek Falls area on Monday. The economy of mid-coast counties has become more reliant on retirement and other public benefit programs for income over the past nearly two decades, according to a recent study commissioned by the Oregon Coast Visitors Association.
