Dancing at Flasher prom stirs controversy
FLASHER, N.D. (KFYR) - Over the weekend, Flasher Public Schools released a statement that administrators had been made aware of some students dancing at prom in a way offensive to Native American culture. Some parents commented that the dances were hurtful to community members, while administrators apologized on behalf of the students.
