Columbus police say in a crash report that an Upper Arlington man is suspected of driving under the influence in a crash that killed a bicyclist. Just before 6:40 p.m. Nov. 5, Dion Watts, 25, of the Columbus' Northeast Side, was riding a bicycle in the dark southbound on Kenny Road just north of Preston Avenue near Ohio State University.
