New Holland Man Arrested after “Going Crazy” at Pickaway Court House Over Restraining Order
Pickaway County – A man who has filed a lawsuit against the Village of New Holland after appearing for charges of stalking is now behind bars. Cody Henderson, 30 of New Holland was arrested this morning after an attempt from Pickaway County Sheriff’s office to serve him a restraining protection order at the Circleville Municipal Courthouse on Franklin Street. Henderson was scheduled to appear for a stalking charge that he was charged with after he supposedly threatened a New Holland officer and his family. When Henderson was served he started to get loud and became belligerent even striking the deputy’s Vehicle. Deputies then attempted to take control of Henderson and he fought back, eventually, deputies were able to arrest Cody who is now charged with Resisting, Obstruction, Vandalism, and Disorderly Conduct.
