Eugene man arrested after driving the wrong way on I-105
EUGENE, Ore. -- 29-year-old Harrison Don Hortig was arrested for DUII after allegedly driving the wrong way on Interstate 105 West on February 22. Authorities said shortly before 2:30 a.m., a Eugene Police Department officer spotted a truck traveling eastbound at high speed in the westbound lanes of I-105. Several EPD units responded to the area as the vehicle continued into Springfield.
