KenPom's Program Ratings identified college basketball's best programs over the last 26 years. It's hard to measure success in college basketball. Ask anyone to rank the top 10 teams heading into the 2024-25 season, and you likely get 10 different answers. Heck, national media can't even come to a conclusion on which programs are actually "blue bloods." Ranking the top 20 programs of the modern era (since 1997) is even harder, but college basketball guru Ken Pomeroy attempted the feat using his proprietary formula.
