Two Richmond schools are ranked in the top 10 for best high schools in Virginia, per U.S. News & World Report's latest national ranking of public high schools. Two dogs found dead in garbage bags in same area

A couple of these meetings will be closed to the public, including a closed special city council meeting in Petersburg on May 1 and in Colonial Heights on May 7.
