The series opener between No. 2 Arkansas baseball and No. 4 Texas A&M has been delayed by one hour due to inclement weather in College Station, Texas.

First pitch is now scheduled for 8:30 p.m. CT. The Razorbacks (42-10, 19-8 SEC) are one win away from the SEC West title, but the Aggies (42-10, 17-10) could pass Arkansas at the finish line and win the divisional championship with a sweep this weekend.

The first pitching matchup of the weekend features two of the best lefties in the country with Arkansas' Hagen Smith (9-0, 1.65 ERA) going up against Texas A&M's Ryan Prager (8-1, 2.71). Both pitchers were named semi finalists Thursday for the Dick Howser Trophy.

The Hogs are coming off a series win against Mississippi State in which the offense came to life and the bullpen saved the pitching staff. Dave Van Horn announced changes to his weekend rotation Wednesday coming off the struggles of Brady Tygart and Mason Molina against the Bulldogs.

The Aggies have lost back-to-back weekend series to LSU and Ole Miss. Both of those matchups came on the road, and Texas A&M is 30-2 inside Blue Bell Park.
